1st Gordon held their annual practice camp at the Scout hall in preparation for District Camp. We had a busy time assembling the dining fly and table and building camp gadgets.
Our mystery guest on Saturday night for our 3 course dinner was Bear. We started with healthy vegetable and dips, then beef and lamb with 3 vegetables (roasted over fires in dutch ovens), followed by apple crumble and custard.
Well done Scouts, it was a great weekend, we managed to impress Bear and everyone enjoyed themselves.
